• Cashiers Checks or money orders...International orders must use International money orders or credit cards. All checks should be made payable to Denny Waller. Dave does not have a bank account in Hawaii!

• Personal checks (these unfortunately take 10 days to clear in Hawaii) All checks should be made payable to Denny Waller.

  All payments should be sent to Dave Sweet Surfboards c/o Denny Waller at the above address. Accessory and autograph orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of final payment.
