Please enjoys Dave's team page!

It has come to Dave's attention that many of his old "Another Top Surfer Riding a Dave Sweet Surfboard" ads from the '60s have been showing up on E-Bay and at surf memorabilia shows. These ads featured the members of the Dave Sweet Competition Team and were usually dated, showing the where and the when of each rider shot. This dating has apparently lent value to the ads for serious collectors.

Now Dave is making these classic old ads available to the public, complete with his personalized autograph. Not only can you get the ad of your choice, but you can get it signed by the man who took surfing from the days of wood to the days of foam. One of Surfing's Legends...

In keeping with the spirit of the shop, not only will Dave sign the ad, but he will personalize it.

In other words, if your name is Cowabunga Mark or Toe-Hangin' Rad Daddy or just Surfer Bob, Dave will sign the ad just for you. Your own custom autograph. Just go pick out your ad, by taking off on the "surf team autograph" wave below...

These autographed ads will cost $10.00 each. They will come to you in a special photo safe envelope. Shipping and handling will cost $5.50. Buy several and save on the shipping! International orders, please e-mail for shipping charges. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our shop manager, Denny Waller. Just stroke into the "contact wave" below...

Each ad will come to you close to original size and suitable for framing. They are printed at 1440X720 dpi on glossy photo paper. But remember, these ads were digitally reproduced from magazines that were nearly 40 years old. They do not look new and shiny! They look old!!! They are from the Golden Years of Surfing.

Since we have opened the site we have been contacted by many of Dave's old team members, some who we have not heard from in 35 + years. We are starting to receive memorabilia from these old teams members that will start showing up around the surfshop. So far, we are featuring submissions from Butch Linden, Jack "PowerMouse" Ellis, Sid Kruss and Mike Chudler.
